Greenville Terrace Happenings!!

Hello all. There is a singing competition in town tomorrow night, Sat the 15th, at the Greenville Municipal Auditorium (GMA). It's called the Voice of Hunt County, it's a fund-raiser, and the winner of the competition will win $1000! I have free tickets for any residents that might be interested. Just stop by the office today, before 5pm to pick up. Or, send me an email if you're interested, and I'll put some tickets in an envelope and place on your front door today. It should be a lot of fun: (15) contestants, (3) rounds, many different styles, and a fun few hours! Profits will help FISH Ministries and their goal to installing refrigerated food lockers to help the needy in the Hunt County area!

Good afternoon everyone, we have a hot cocoa bar set up, and also brownies, cookies, and cheese/meat & crackers for our residents. While residents are stopping by today (Saturday) from 10am to 2pm, there will be drawings for gift cards, money off rent, and small kitchen appliances. Attendance is not required to win, however, you can stop by on this rainy day and enjoy some hot cocoa with me! We are excited to invite you to our Annual Thanksgiving Dinner, scheduled this year on Thursday, November 21st at 5pm (which is this week). This dinner will be all the traditional sides & turkey. It is not required that residents bring a dish with them, however, if you prefer to bring something, I recommend either a dessert or appetizer – again, not necessary. Feel free to bring a friend or family member. Also, if you are not able to attend, we are happy to bring a plate to your home. The actual dinner will be at our office located at Bear Creek, from 5pm to 7pm, or until the food runs out! Please reach out to James via email with any questions. Resident Event tonight from 5pm to 7pm for our current & future residents! Taco & Nacho Bar! Bingo with prizes!! And hopefully, our community will come to have fun!!! Some residents have asked what to bring. The answer is -- bring yourself! However, if you want to bring something, and it is definitely not needed, I would recommend dessert. Friendly reminder to all residents that we will have a bingo night, this Wednesday, August 21st, from 5pm to 7pm. Winners will get to choose from prizes including gift cards to local businesses, money off of your rent, and possibly prizes like air-fryers or similar kitchen or home equipment. We will also have a taco/nacho bar set up. Feel free to bring drinks with you, and get ready to have fun!

Happy Monday! Some of our residents are raising money for the Princeton VFW and have homemade goodies here at the office for our community. It's a donation (if you want to) kind of thing.
